An old radio friend
Ran into an old radio friend at McDonald's getting coffee this morning.
Haven't seen Scott in ages.
He's still trying to pressure me into getting a ham license.
I told him no.
I don't want the feds having more of my data than they already do.
And I don't want to have to squawk my name every 9 minutes, or whatever it is.
Undignified.
Nope, I'm more of a listener.
The coffee wasn't bad but it wasn't good either.
Hot and black is all they advertise, and that's what you'll get.
All the old men were gathered inside for their knitting circle.
Scott even tried to tell me the test is easier, and I already know most of it from the Navy.
He's not wrong.
But he just can't take "no" for an answer.
I still need to get this truck washed, but it looks like rain.
I could get it washed and guarantee it rains, maybe?
